Before breaking open the heavy duty citrus cleaner to mop up years of grime on the basement floor, make sure that the windows actually open for proper (or any) ventilation.

Basement cleaning has been put on hold for another day while I attempt to air out the basement.

Isolation usually helps me through the difficult thinks that need thinking. Not so much this time, though. Maybe I'm still being too intertwined with activities to get the necessary distance for proper perspective. I'm unsure. I want to feel my body change under gravity that flows. I want to swing at the end of a massively long pendulum, riding a trapeze bar through the air in arcs larger than any house I've ever lived in. I went to the live music show last night, and it was good.  They both had some really nice songs, although sometimes I have trouble making out distinct words in a noisy environment (my problem, not theirs).
